2. General.
a. Your access to Services is conditional upon your approval of this Privacy Policy which
should be read together with the terms and conditions of use (“Terms”). You
acknowledge that this Privacy Policy, together with our Terms, forms Our agreement
with You in relation to Your use of Services (“Agreement”).
b. All the captioned terms in this Privacy Policy have such meaning as assigned to them
under the Terms. Any terms not defined in the Terms will have such meaning as assigned
to them under the respective Clauses of this Privacy Policy.
c. We are committed to the protection of Information Collected from Users. You
acknowledge and agree that Your use of Services implies Your consent to collection and
use of information provided by You in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy
(“Privacy Policy”).
d. We take the privacy of our Users seriously and are committed to safeguarding their
privacy while providing a personalized and valuable Service.
e. You acknowledge that when You use Services, We may collect Your name, mobile phone
number, postal address, registered address, e-mail address or other Personal
Information. A high standard of security is maintained by Us for any such Information
Collected. However, You acknowledge that transmission of information via the internet
is not completely secure. While We will do our best to protect all Information Collected,
particularly Personal Information, We cannot ensure the security of any data
transmitted to Us via the internet, telephone or any other medium.

3. Information Collected.
a. Registration Information, Traffic Data, Personal Information and Survey Data together
constitute the information collected by Us during Your use of Services (“Information
Collected”).
b. Registration Information In order to Use Services, You need to register your device id
with Us by email the device id to plcn2016@gmail.com1 and the password will be
provided. Upon such registration, We collect Your information in the following manner
(“Registration Information”):
i. You may create a Registered Account directly on Our official website
(preylang.net). While You create such account, We collect Your username,
password, email address and Personal Information, among other details that You
may be requested to provide for completion of the registration process;
c. Traffic Data Collected We automatically track and collect the following categories of
information (collectively “Traffic Data”) when You use Services:
i. IP addresses;
ii. domain server details;
iii. devices accessing Services through Your Registered Account;
iv. web browsers used to access Services through Your Registered Account;
v. referring source which may have directed You to Services; and
vi. other information associated with Your interaction with Services.
d. Personal Information Collected
e. Survey Data We store every survey created and the answers received to that survey using
Services. We collect any information that may be generated, created, submitted, posted
or displayed through Your use of Services, including, any Personal Information of third
party individuals, photo of the incidents, GPS location of the Incidents, Voice Recording,
local survey data, survey reports and analysis or any databases created through Your use
of Services (“Survey Data”).

4. Use of Information Collected.
a. All the Information Collected is not used in any form or manner other than as is
described in this Privacy Policy.
b. We use the Information Collected for providing Services in an effective way, in the
opinion of the Service Provider. Such use includes use of Information Collected:
i. to assist You in creating any Survey Data or using certain specific features of
Services;
ii. to prevent, during provision of Services, any potentially illegal activity and to
screen and prevent undesirable or abusive activity;
iii. to monitor, maintain and improve Our Services and any associated features;
iv. to perform statistical and other analysis on Information Collected;
v. to analyze and measure user behavior and trends;
vi. to understand how people use Our Services;
vii. to monitor, troubleshoot and improve Services including evaluation or devising
new features; and
viii. to use the Information Collected in such other form and manner which, in the
opinion of the Service Provider, is necessary to maintain the quality and standard
of Services.
c. We may use any Information Collected, including Personal Information in aggregated
form, for the following purposes:
i. to build up marketing profiles;
ii. to aid strategic development, data collection and business analytics;
iii. to manage Our relationship with advertisers, partners or any third parties;
iv. to audit usage of Services; and
v. to monetize such Information Collected, subject to applicable Law.
d. You acknowledge and understand that while We use best efforts to protect all
Information Collected, this Privacy Policy is not intended to restrict Our use of
Information Collected. We may use Information Collected in the form and manner
specified in Clause 3.2 and Clause 3.3 above (“Permitted Use”).

5. Disclosure of Information Collected.
a. We do not disclose any personally identifiable Personal Information to any third parties
other than to Our affiliates, except as permitted by applicable Law.We use Our best
efforts to use all the Personal Information in an aggregate form so that no individual is
identified.
b. We reserve the right to disclose any Information Collected if, in Our opinion, it is:
i. required to do so by applicable Law;
ii. necessary to do so to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of
Service Provider or users of Services; or
iii. a Permitted Use.

6. Confidentiality.
a. We will use best efforts to keep confidential any Information Collected which may be of
confidential nature in Our opinion, with the exception of such information which:
i. was already known to Us prior to collecting such information from You;
ii. was received from such third party which is not subject to similar confidentiality
restrictions;
iii. is independently developed by Us; and
iv. is required to be disclosed by applicable Law.
b. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, We will keep all the Information
Collected private and confidential and will not share it with third parties, unless We
believe in good faith that disclosure of such Information Collected is necessary to:
i. comply with a court order or other legal process;
ii. protect the rights, property or safety of Service Provider or another party;
iii. enforce the Agreement, including Terms; or
iv. respond to any claims that violates the rights of third-parties because of Your use
of Services.

7. Security.
a. The security of any Personal Information is important to Us. We follow generally
accepted industry standards to protect such information during transmission as well as
upon receiving such information.
b. Although We make best possible efforts to store all the Information Collected in a secure
operating environment that is not open to the public, You acknowledge and understand
that there is no such thing as complete security, and We do not guarantee that there will
be no unintended disclosures of any Information Collected.
c. If We become aware that any Information Collected has been disclosed in a manner not
in accordance with this Privacy Policy, We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of the
nature and extent of such disclosure (to the extent We know that information) as soon as
reasonably possible and as permitted by Law.
8. Changes to Privacy Policy.
a. We reserve the right to, at any time, add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy
Policy, so please review it frequently. If We make any changes, then We will notify You by
posting such changes on this page so that You may review them. In all cases, use of all
the Information Collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such
information is collected by Us from You.

9. Acceptance of this Policy and Your Rights.
a. You accept this Privacy Policy by accepting the Agreement and/or using the Services.
b. You have a legal right to a copy of any Personal Information about You held by Us. You
also have a right to correct any errors in that Personal Information. You have a right to
request that We cease to use Your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes.

10. Restriction of Liability.
a. We make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or
adequacy of Services and expressly disclaim liability for any errors and omissions in
provision of Services to You.
b. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the
warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the
information available through Services.
c. Reference to any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any
trade, firm or corporation name during Your use of Services is for information and
convenience of the public, and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or
favoring by Us.
