On October 10, 30 (four women) PLCN members and a PRAJ Grassroots Networking Program Officer attended an indigenous people and forestry network meeting organized by NGO Forum in Phnom Penh. Indigenous organizations, human rights organizations, PRAJ partner CPN/CDPS and other CSOs attended. Issues discussed included impacts on the forest, threats against CBOs, and strategies to collect information on illegal logging. Indigenous groups and forest groups, including PLCN and CPN/CDPS, will submit reports on IPs and illegal logging to the government.
