The Crackdown on illegal timber trading has made little impact

When the government decided to crack down on illegal logging and timber trade, the illegalities has declined in protected areas of the north and the east of the country, says Ross Sinclair, who is director of Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). But it is starting to pick up again.
